  2. 70% of Seniors Are Worried About the Future of Medicare

    Alignment Healthcare recently released results from a national survey of adults aged 55+. Here are some key findings from the report:

    • 59% of seniors are anxious about impending changes to their health care.
    • Cost is the top health care concern for 54% of seniors age 60+.
    • 70% are worried about the future of Medicare and Medicaid.
    • 2 in 3 seniors see their doctors every six months or more.
    • 28% of seniors say they live with one or more chronic conditions.
    • More than half (54%) of seniors say they want more time with their doctor.
