    Dr. David Edward Marcinko MBA retired from clinical practice at the age of 43 after selling his ASC to a public company, publishing more than a dozen textbooks in three languages, teaching surgery and operating in Europe, co-founding a pre-IPO PPMC, and forming a series of successful internet companies.

    He built both active and passive income streams by starting a half-dozen virtual internet business while still maintaining a 60 hour work week. His companies have created three dozen information products in the last few years augmenting a comfortable lifestyle that grew from a home business office after retirement.

    Project fees vary based on the project’s scope of work, duration, travel, and end product. My consulting fees range from $250 to $1,000 per hour, with an average fee of $350 per hour. Shorter projects entail higher fees, while longer or repeat commitments have lower fees. All projects require a contract and a prepayment.

    Speeches and presentations that require no more than a two-day/one-night trip are $5,000 each (which includes expenses). The fee for each additional day of travel to give a speech or presentation is $2,000. Speeches in the Atlanta, GA metro area are less expensive.
