- Fake Cure Peddlers — Sell “miracle” products claiming to cure everything from cancer to diabetes, often using fake testimonials and pseudoscience.
- Bogus Supplement Sellers — Push unproven supplements, especially for weight loss, sexual enhancement, and bodybuilding, sometimes containing hidden harmful ingredients.
- Phantom Billers — Bill insurers for services, tests, or equipment never provided.
- Upcoders — Charge for more expensive procedures than what was actually performed.
