  1. 27.4 Million Americans Were Uninsured in 2017

    Kaiser Family Foundation recently released updated data on the uninsured population. Here are some key findings from the report:

    • The number of uninsured people rose to 27.4 million people in 2017.
    • 3 in 4 adults who were uninsured in 2017 had been uninsured for over a year.
    • 77% of uninsured people had at least one full-time worker in their family.
