Healthcare in China
In China, the health care system is poorly structured and badly run. Most hospitals in China are run by the government and physician salary is around USD $490 per month.
Being under paid and over worked, the doctors will typical take bribes for speedier medical service which often results in unjust service to their patients.
And, the average number of assults on doctors in China has steadily increased from 20.6% to 27.3% from 2008 to 2012.
Additionally, among the medical personnel from 316 hospitals surveyed nationwide during December 2012 to July 2013, nearly 40% of them planned to give up their profession due to increasing violence in the Chinese hospital setting (08-16-2013 The Wall Street Journal).

What Docs Should Know About Obamacare
Physicians may not be well versed in the politics of the new health law, but docs should at least become familiar with things that will directly impact their practice.
Obamacare will set in motion big changes in how physicians are paid and how they deliver care.

There’s not a lot of evidence yet of how well, or how badly, those changes will work – so that leaves lots of room for doctors to fill in the lack of knowledge with their worst fears.

Docs Skeptical of Obamacare Exchanges
A majority of physician practices (55.5%) now hold an “unfavorable” or “very unfavorable” view of the impact the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) health insurance exchanges will have on them, a survey of more than 1,000 group practices showed.

Almost as many said they were still evaluating their options or planning not to participate with insurance products sold on the exchanges, according to a survey that the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) just released at its annual meeting.

Memo Shows Adviser Warned White House of Obamacare Problems

Aetna is Latest Health Insurer to Pull Out of ObamaCare
Aetna will leave the two remaining states (Delaware and Nebraska) where it had been selling Obamacare coverage next year, making it the latest health insurer to pull out as Republicans say the program is failing and work to dismantle it. The Connecticut-based insurer — third largest in the nation — already said last year it would pull out of 11 states, and earlier this year announced plans to exit Iowa and Virginia.
Aetna has said it expects to lose more than $200 million on individual health plans this year in the four states where it’s still selling the Affordable Care Act plans. That’s on top of the $700 million the company said it lost in the three previous years. Obamacare’s markets are becoming increasingly vulnerable as major health insurers pull out, citing huge losses. Some insurers have stayed in, but raised premiums by double-digit percentages.
