Sepsis is a deadly condition with a high mortality rate.

Interesting developments in sepsis management also are coming out of the United Kingdom, where clinicians have embraced the Sepsis Six 1-hour bundle, a set of 6 interventions to be performed within 1 hour of diagnosis.
