  1. 1 in 3 Millennials Have a Behavioral Health Condition

    BCBSA recently released a report on millennial health. Here are some key findings from the report:

    • Nearly 1 in 3 Millennials have a behavioral health condition.
    • Those with a behavioral health condition are at 2x the risk of having a chronic physical condition.
    • Since 2014, the five-year prevalence change of major depression rose 43% among millennials.
    • The prevalence of ADHD among milliennials rose by 39% since 2014.
    • Substance use disorder prevalence among millennials rose 17%.
