IRS
The Internal Revenue Service recently proposed a regulation that would effectively eliminate a person’s ability to participate in a direct primary care (DPC) program and also enroll in a qualified high deductible health plan (HDHP) and contribute to a health savings account (HSA) in almost all circumstances.
Fortunately, the new rule is not final, so we have until August 10, 2020 to take action.
