On the PP-ACA
By Lena Groeger ProPublica
Yesterday, the Supreme Court began hearing arguments on the health care reform law. So, in this essay, we made a map of the possible outcomes following the Court’s schedule over the next three days.
The Court will hear all three days of arguments, even if they eventually decide not to decide the bulk of the case, and is unlikely to issue a decision on the case until late June or early July.

Invalidating The ACA Would Mean Continued Declines In Access To Care
If the Supreme Court rules that all or portions of the Affordable Care Act are unconstitutional, access to health care for nonelderly American adults will continue to decline, according to a study in the May issue of Health Affairs.
http://content.healthaffairs.org/content/31/5/899.abstract
Authors Genevieve Kenney of the Urban Institute and colleagues document deterioration in access to care over the past decade and anticipate more of the same if the coverage expansion under health reform is hampered in any way. “Given what we observed over the past decade, we would be likely to see further deterioration in access to care for all adults–uninsured and insured alike,” the authors conclude.
