A New Survey Shows that Patients Give High Marks to Short Waits and Long Visits
Physician ratings improved in 2011, according to the “Annual Report Card on Patient Satisfaction,” compiled by research firm DrScore, which based its findings on 36,000 online surveys completed by patients last year.
Overall doctor ratings increased .5 percent, reported DrScore, and low ratings decreased by more than 2 percent since 2010.
