53% of Large Employers Will Offer More Virtual Care Options in 2021
Business Group on Health recently released an analysis of health benefit trends for 2021. Here are some key findings from the report:
• Employers expect total health benefit costs to rise an average of 5% in 2021.
• 53% of large employers will offer more virtual care options in 2021.
• 9 in 10 employers will offer access to online mental health resources in 2021.
• 61% of employers will have an on-site clinic in place next year to provide basic health services.
